Jeremy Behmoaras founded Sunny Days Hospitality to provide property owners, developers and operators with expertise to create and launch exceptional experiences. His unique skill set has helped create new mixed-use destinations that have driven significant value for stakeholders over the last 15 years. SDH has overseen strategy for leading food hall operator Urbanspace, created and ran business development for Will Guidara’s Thank You NYC (following his departure from Eleven Madison Park and NoMad Hotels), helped build Lifehouse Hotel Group’s F&B operations in Miami, and co-developed/consulted on numerous hospitality projects across NY, Miami, LA, London and more.

From 2010 to 2019, Jeremy was a founding team member of Sydell Group: a vertically integrated owner, operator, and developer of independently branded hotels. He was instrumental in the acquisition and financing of $1.5b of real estate and in the creation and launch of the NoMad, LINE, Freehand, Park MGM, Ned, and Saguaro brands across the US and London. Jeremy oversaw Sydell’s F&B and Retail operations which generated ~$150m in 2019 across 50+ outlets. There he launched 16 new food and beverage concepts, 6 of which he developed independently for Sydell, partnered with industry leaders like Daniel Humm and Roy Choi, and helped identify up and comers such as Kristen Kish, Top Chef winner and host.
